Why Locals Love Tacos El Paisa
Nestled in the heart of Tlalnepantla, Tacos El Paisa delivers an authentic Mexican taco experience that is both hearty and satisfying. Specializing in traditional tacos, this vibrant eatery is a must-visit for anyone craving bold, flavorful street food served with generous portions and genuine warmth.
The standout here is undoubtedly the taco de suadero, praised for its tender, high-quality meat that absorbs the rich, savory juices served alongside it. The meat juices, expertly prepared, infuse each bite with a deep, mouthwatering umami that lingers delightfully. For those looking for a more filling option, the alambres come highly recommended—packed with savory grilled meats and fresh ingredients, they create a beautifully balanced, indulgent meal.
Complementing the tacos are the delightful frijolitos served at the start of the meal, boasting a comforting, homestyle flavor that perfectly sets the tone. Alongside these, the salsa selection offers just the right kick, enhancing each dish without overpowering the natural flavors of the meats.
Customers consistently highlight not only the quality of the food but also the generous portion sizes. As one guest put it, “Los tacos son bastante grandes, una persona tragona con uno es suficiente,” emphasizing the value and satisfaction in every bite. The arrachera, another favorite, is praised for its tenderness and ample serving, making Tacos El Paisa a great spot for hearty appetites.
While the ambiance leans towards the straightforward and unpretentious, the cleanliness and freshness of the space create a welcoming environment perfect for casual dining. The staff's attentive service, although occasionally inconsistent, generally enhances the overall experience, creating a friendly atmosphere that invites repeat visits.
This is a place where authenticity shines through in every detail—from the quality of the meat to the carefully prepared juices and salsas. It’s a culinary spot where each flavor-rich taco tells a story of passion for traditional Mexican cuisine, leaving a lasting impression on your palate.
For those who appreciate traditional tacos with heart and soul, along with robust flavors and generous portions, Tacos El Paisa stands out as a genuine gem in Acolman 3, Hab la Romana.
